Sponsor & Overview

The “Free A/C System” Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Priority One Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Heating (“Priority One,” “Sponsor,” “we,” “us”). This Giveaway is governed by these Official Rules. By entering, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and understands that all decisions made by Priority One regarding the Giveaway, in its sole discretion, are final. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited.

Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on July 1, 2026 and ends on July 31, 2026 (the “Giveaway Period”). Priority One reserves the right to extend, shorten, or terminate the Giveaway Period at its sole discretion.

Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the Coachella Valley, California who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and permanently reside at the residence submitted for entry. Entrants must have internet access and a valid, verifiable email address or phone number prior to the start of the Giveaway Period. Priority One employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win. Priority One reserves the right to verify eligibility, including residency, at any time. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

How to Enter

Entrants may enter the Giveaway by submitting their name, phone number, email address, and service address at priorityonepd.com/enter-to-win, or through the postcard or other method designated by Priority One during the Giveaway Period. Limit one (1) entry per person or household. No purchase, payment, or service appointment is required to enter or win.

Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will be conducted by Priority One, or its designated representative, on or about August 1, 2026. The winner will be notified by phone or email using the contact information provided at entry. If the winner cannot be reached, or does not respond, within forty-eight (48) hours of initial outreach, the winner forfeits the prize and Priority One reserves the right to select an alternate winner by the same random drawing method.

The Prize

The winner will receive one (1) residential air conditioning unit/system (the “Prize”), selected and provided by Priority One based on a standard system sized to the winner’s home, as determined by Priority One following an in-home assessment. The Prize is for equipment only. Installation, labor, permits, and all related costs are not included and are the sole responsibility of the winner unless the winner separately purchases an installation package from Priority One. Priority One makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to fitness for a particular purpose. Standard manufacturer’s equipment warranty applies to the unit; no labor warranty is included as part of the Prize.

NOT Included in the Prize

What Is NOT Included in the Prize
The Prize covers the A/C unit/equipment only. The following are not included and are the winner’s sole responsibility, whether performed by Priority One or another contractor:

If the winner elects to have Priority One perform installation, a separate written estimate and agreement will be provided, and all installation costs will be quoted and billed separately from the Prize.

Home Assessment

Home Assessment & Disqualification
The winner must allow Priority One reasonable access to physically inspect the home’s HVAC system, including internal and external components, to confirm Priority One has the technical ability and legal authority to deliver the unit without undue burden. Priority One reserves the right to disqualify a winner, or substitute an alternate winner, if the home presents unsafe conditions, including but not limited to faulty electrical or gas systems, unrestrained pets, or other conditions that would prevent safe delivery of the unit.

Additional Limitations

Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any federal, state, or local taxes associated with the receipt of the Prize. Priority One may require the winner to provide a valid taxpayer identification number or Social Security number before awarding the Prize. Winners receiving prizes valued at $600 or more will receive an IRS Form 1099 after the close of the applicable calendar year.

Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, by entering, each entrant grants Priority One permission to use their name, likeness, and approved comments for publicity purposes related to the Giveaway, without additional compensation.

Indemnification

Indemnification & Limitation of Liability
By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Priority One, its officers, employees, and agents from any liability, damages, or injury arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize, except to the extent such liability cannot be waived under California law.
