“My AC stop working so I called my home insurance they said we will get back to you soon… I waited & waited until I couldn’t Waite no more.. So I called priority one around midnight! The owner of the company showed up and fix my AC in about 15 min.. What a Fabulous man. This is my AC…. Company for life as long as I’m in the desert.

“Haven’t called them before, but definitely will from now on. They were first class right from the first call to make an appointment, then the call back to confirm an hour before scheduled time and finally the service call itself. Leah was extremely friendly and efficient on the phone and the serviceman (Jhonathan) was outstanding. He did a complete service and got my system running extremely well and then he installed a wifi thermostat which works fine. All in all …. TERRIFIC!”

“Priority One wasn’t the first call we made to repair/replace one of our A/C units, but it was the Right call! The original provider told us that we needed to replace our failed unit due to it’s age. It made sense and they gave us quote to replace the unit.

We then called Priority One to get a second quote on a new unit. Roy looked at the unit closely and saw that it could be fixed. He procured the part, had us cool in no time, and saved us a few thousand dollars!!
